Normal order processing can take between 1-2 business days. Most order ships same day.
Standard - For most orders, allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Some areas can take up to 7 days for delivery. Hawaii and Alaska orders can take up to 15 days.
Express Shipping- Express shipping is available at $10 per order. Express shipments are delivered in 2 business days.
If you're not completely happy with a purchase, just return it for a full refund. Returns with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, order emails) will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made. If you don't have proof of purchase, we'll let you exchange or give you store credit for the current price. To receive your refund to your original payment method, your online return must be initiated within 7 days of the order delivery date. Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
If you are charged more than the posted or advertised price, we will refund the difference. If there appears to be a fraud or abuse, we may not return your item.
Please follow below steps to return your item:
1) Visit our online returns portal to start a return or exchange.
2) Through our online portal, you can indicate which items you’d like to return and submit the return request.
3) Once the return is authorized, we will email you the return label along with the refund information.
4) For returns, a fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund if you use either the label in your package or the label that is emailed to you. If you use your own return carrier you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

3) Scroll down and click Return Order. If you don't see Return Order, you won't be able to return the product.

1) If it’s an online order and you’re shipping it back to us, please allow for 1-2 weeks for us to receive your items. Once it’s received, you’ll get an email that your refund is being processed. Once the refund is triggered, it will take 5-7 business days to be completed.
2) Return items must be shipped within 2-3 days after receiving the return label. Failure to ship the item by the return shipping window may lead to cancel the return request.
