Custom Fitting

We understand how important getting the right fit is and we take this very seriously, Here are a few things we do to help you find the right fit

We custom fit the outfit to your size. However, we can only custom fit with its certain ranges. Custom fitting can only be done by altering a product in smaller size. If a product is available in M size, we can only alter the product in smaller sizes such as S, XS. Note: it cannot be altered in larger size than the actual available size. Customize totally depends on the product as not all products customization is possible

Here's what to do:

• Select the Standard Size to get the fit with standard size i.e Small / Medium / Large or Extra Large.
• In the Custom Fitting text box, put your desired size i.e S, M, L etc.
• Add the product to cart and place the order. (Customize cost will be added to the product automatically)
• Please view our size chart to understand better.

Important Notes

a) There will be an additional $15 cost on the product price for customization. The cost will be added to the product price automatically when selecting Custom Fitting option.

b) Alterations can take up to 2 days. The product/order will be shipped after the alteration process is completed.

c) Custom fitting products are non-returnable.

 

Return & Refund

1) If it’s an online order and you’re shipping it back to us, please allow for 1-2 weeks for us to receive your items. Once it’s received, you’ll get an email that your refund is being processed. Once the refund is triggered, it will take 5-7 business days to be completed.

2) In case of where we have accepted the payment, and unfortunately the product is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible via email, and arrange for the Refund.

3) Return items must be shipped within 2-3 days after receiving the return label. Failure to ship the item by the return shipping window may lead to cancel the return request.

4) No returns will be accepted for any reason after the 4 days period.

5) No returns will be accepted if item has been damaged, worn or washed. Original tags and packaging should be intact.
